Chris Sumter

Chief Executive Officer
Chris brings over 28 years of data center development experience working with hyperscale and enterprise customers. As former Co-Founder and Partner of two prominent data center platforms, he led early formation, strategy, and growth initiatives. Chris has developed over 3.2M square feet of data centers and 1.2 GW of leasing capacity. His expertise spans sales, business development, site selection, energy procurement, acquisitions, and underwriting.

Tim Bishop

President
Tim founded Iconic Equities, a vertically integrated industrial development firm with 6 institutional capital partners, 7 exits, and 13 acquisitions in just over 4 years. Iconic's portfolio exceeds 1.4 million square feet, with over 800,000 square feet successfully exited. Tim has partnered with leading private equity firms including Bentall GreenOak, LaSalle Investment Management, and Hartford Life Insurance. At Emergent, he focuses on capital formation, sourcing opportunities, and institutionalizing the platform.

Mike Coleman

Chief Technology Officer
Mike brings over 20 years of technical leadership in digital infrastructure design and development. At ByteDance, he led global infrastructure strategy across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, directing AI-ready data center design with liquid cooling and advanced monitoring platforms. At Google, he drove hardware platform development and created capacity planning tools enabling infrastructure growth at scale. At Yahoo, Mike pioneered modular deployment methodologies and high-density design approaches that improved performance while reducing time-to-market and set industry standards.

David Holub
David Holub

Executive Vice President
David brings over 30 years of experience leading projects for Prime Data Centers, CloudHQ, Aligned, Colt, Nielsen, Broadcom, Intel, and Pandora. Formerly President of Krnl Data Centers and SVP at Prime Data Centers, he specializes in site selection, due diligence, utility and fiber delivery, interconnection contracts, and investment strategy. David has led all phases of mission-critical facility development from acquisition through commissioning as an operator, developer, and investor.

Jeremiah Collins
Jeremiah Collins

Senior Vice President, Energy Acquisition
Jeremiah brings over 25 years of power sector experience. As Head of Utilities and Incentives at Prime Data Centers, he led energy acquisition strategies and completed major interconnections from 6MW to 504MW across ComEd, ERCOT, SVP, SRP, and VPU markets. As cofounder of Glenwood Energy Partners, Jeremiah raised private equity to fund five energy trading facilities and launched multiple national retail power ventures, achieving several successful exits. His career reflects innovative energy solutions and large-scale project delivery.

Scott Kuebler
Scott Kuebler

Vice President, Solutions Engineering
Scott is a senior data center engineering leader with more than two decades of experience guiding technical strategy, customer solutions, and large-scale infrastructure development. At Digital Realty and Prime Data Centers, he led solutions engineering initiatives for hyperscale customers, shaping deployment strategy, power and infrastructure planning, and complex requirements definition. He also led white space fit-out programs at CPG, aligning technical and operational needs with scalable implementation models. With an electrical engineering background and an early career shaped by military service, Scott brings clarity, precision, and executive-level judgment to high-stakes decisions, ensuring solutions that reduce risk, support long-term growth, and drive project success.

Investor / Advisor
Shervin is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with early investments in Uber, Airbnb, and over 200 companies generating more than $7 billion in value. As co-founder of Sherpa Capital and Virgin Hyperloop One, he has driven innovation across multiple industries, achieving an 88% IRR and 93 exits over his 27-year career. His strategic investments span Warby Parker, Tumblr, and Robinhood. Shervin continues pioneering transformative technologies and business models across tech and venture capital.
